Erika Barry, aka InjectorBunny, is one of the top aesthetic injectors in the country. She serves as an international trainer and speaker for industry leaders such as Galderma, Revance, and Evolus - where she’s also recognized as faculty - as well as for Cartessa and Reveal Lasers. She’s an esteemed trainer, and has spent a significant portion of her career training top doctors, NPs, PAs, and RNs, both within the U.S. and abroad.

Erika received her masters in nursing at the prestigious Johns Hopkins School of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland. Following her time at Hopkins, Erika moved across the country to work at the University of California San Francisco where she trained under some of the country’s leading plastic surgeons.

Eventually returning to the DC-metro area, Erika has worked with strategic business partners to open two state-of-the-art medical aesthetic practices - one in Potomac, Maryland and the other in Georgetown, DC. In addition, Erika has built a virtual community of injectors through Patreon, with subscribers from around the world tuning in to learn all things aesthetics. Through her page, Barry demonstrates injection techniques, showcases how to consult with patients, discusses business development and growth, makes product suggestions and lectures on anatomy. Launching her page in 2018, Barry was the first internationally recognized injector to start a virtual-learning platform for fellow injectors and medical providers looking to get into the industry, making aesthetics education easily accessible and affordable.

Outside of work, Barry can be found spending time with her husband, Thomas and their son, Jackson, who she says is her biggest success in life.

Olivia Salmen is an advanced aesthetic injector and board certified plastic surgical nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience in plastic surgery and nine years as an aesthetic injector. She is one of only 350 certified plastic surgical nurses in the United States and one of only 14 in the state of Tennessee.  Olivia is an international trainer, speaker, KOL, serves on the leadership council for Master Injector Series, and has served on advisory boards for the launch of neurotoxin, dermal filler, skincare, and bioregenerative medicine in the aesthetic industry.

She was nominated and won “Best Injector of Nashville” by the Nashville Scene and was published in their awards magazine.  She has a passion for training other injectors on best injection techniques and on growing a business with social media. Olivia has cultivated marketing strategies and built a social media platform of over 225,000 followers on Tiktok and 165,000 followers on Instagram through patient education on aesthetics and injectables. Olivia loves the artistry and precision of injectables and is known for creating natural results for her patients.

David Saadat, MD is a world-renowned board-certified plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in Facial Plastics, Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine, as well as education. Dr. Saadat has a passion for educating not only other Aesthetic Providers, Residents, and Surgeons through his training institution and involvement in multiple panels, cadaver courses, and advisory boards, but also through continuously evolving his own techniques and knowledge.

Affiliated with top medical schools and hospitals in California, including Los Angeles County, University of Southern California Medical Center, and Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Saadat is often called upon to lecture on the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques. Curious by nature, he has a passion for learning by doing and often assists his fellow doctors from around the world. Dr. Alexander Rivkin is a facial aesthetic specialist. He received his degrees from Columbia University and Yale School of Medicine. His residency in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery was at the University of California San Diego. He founded his practice, Rivkin Aesthetics, in 2003 and has always focused or developing and perfecting non invasive cosmetic treatments. He is best known for pioneering and popularizing the Non Surgical Rhinoplasty procedure.

Dr. Gretchen Frieling (“Dr. G”), MD is an internationally recognized, Harvard-trained, triple board-certified Dermatopathologist, with over 20 years of experience in Medicine, Dermatopathology, and Aesthetics.  She is the founder and owner of GFaceMD, a multimillion dollar, multi-location, medical aesthetic practice with locations around Boston in Wellesly, Cape Cod, and Andover. She is the founder of GFace Academy, The Soyier Skin Collection, and FACEit Live, an Educational Experience that focuses on Anatomy and the use of Ultrasound in Aesthetics. She is a global educator and trainer for many pharmaceutical companies and has been featured in numerous media outlets including Yahoo, Oprah Magazine, Elle, Real Self, Bustle, MSN, Shape, NBC News, is a speaker on national radio stations, and has been named “Top 100 Aesthetic injectors of America” for 6 consecutive years.

She has also been awarded Top 30 Women in Aesthetic Leadership by the American Medical Spa Association.  Dr. Frieling enjoys traveling internationally to speak in national conferences to educate and propel the aesthetic medical field. She is a pioneer in the development and use of ultrasound in medical aesthetics, specifically on ultrasound-guided procedures and vascular mapping as well as complication management. She is on the international board of new ultrasound devices coming to the United States market, specifically the SiBUS Ultrasound technology. An expert in advanced consultation, assessment, global rejuvenation and skincare ingredient education, Dr. Frieling approaches her patients with a novel approach to rejuvenation.

Meet Limor Weinberg, a board-certified nurse practitioner and master in aesthetics with over 20 years of experience. She is the founder of The Clinic USA, a boutique-style training academy for aesthetic providers, and is now partnering with SkinSpirit to launch and lead their first Florida Innovation Clinic at Miami Worldcenter.
