The Advanced Full Facial Balancing Training offered by The Perfect Dose RX is an intensive program designed for medical professionals seeking to refine their expertise in aesthetic procedures. Led by Dr. Kristen Herzog, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and national trainer for Galderma, the course focuses on advanced techniques in full-face balancing, including the application of the 8-point lift, utilization of dermal fillers, and advanced neuromodulator applications. The curriculum is tailored for advanced practitioners who have minimum one year experience injecting full time. All live models and products are provided. CE/CME credits are not currently offered.
Advanced Facial Balancing (1:1)

This 4-5 hour, one-on-one training will help you take your aesthetic career to the next level by providing hands-on experience with expert guidance. Then you’ll spend 3-4 hours in hands-on training, injecting a model under the supervision of advanced injector Nicole Flammia, BSN, RN. During this session, you’ll practice various facial balancing, slimming, and harmonization techniques. Additionally, you will receive 12 months of direct mentorship to continue your learning and refine your skills. This program is ideal for experienced injectors with 3-5 years of experience and is personalized to fit your needs.
Advanced Dermal Fillers & Full Facial Balancing Course
The Advanced Dermal Fillers & Full Facial Balancing course at the Audrey Rose Institute of Medical Aesthetics is designed for injectors with at least six months of experience in dermal fillers who want to take their skills to the next level. The Advanced Dermal Filler Hands-On Course is a 3-day blended course designed for licensed healthcare providers seeking to master advanced dermal filler techniques for full-facial balancing. The training combines online learning (4 hours), in-person didactics, and hands-on practice with live models (up to 16 hours) to refine skills in complex areas like cheeks, temples, undereye, jawline, chin, lips, and transition zones. Participants will gain anatomical expertise, learn cannula and needle techniques, and receive 19.5 accredited CEs. The small-group setting ensures personalized instruction (1:1 mentorship) and peer collaboration. Product is provided for hands-on sessions, and live models are included. Prerequisites: A solid foundation in basic dermal filler injections. Note: To participate in hands-on labs, you must hold a NJ license or compact license including NJ. Observational spots are available for non-NJ licensed providers. Class size is limited for an intimate learning experience.

Advanced Cadaver & Injection Course
The Advanced Cadaver & Injection Course at Level Up Medical Aesthetics Institute is a two-day, hands-on experience designed for licensed medical professionals who want a deeper understanding of facial anatomy and more confidence with advanced injection techniques. On Day 1, you'll dive into cadaver dissection and anatomy with expert-led lectures and live dissection demos. You’ll get to inject product directly into cadaver specimens—an incredible way to see how product interacts with real facial structures, especially in high-risk areas like the temples, nose, and tear troughs. Day 2 is all about live injections. You'll learn from top injectors with morning lectures and demos, then get personalized guidance during your own hands-on sessions in the afternoon. You can bring a model with you, or one can be provided (just let them know in advance—there’s a small fee if you don't bring your own). Product is provided during the training, so you can focus fully on the learning. This course is best for licensed medical providers (RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, and DOs) who already have some injection experience and are ready to refine their skills and anatomy knowledge. Class sizes are kept small to ensure plenty of one-on-one time with instructors.
