Course Overview

The Under Eye PRP/PRF + Filler course from Injectables EDU is an advanced aesthetic training designed for licensed medical professionals looking to add under-eye rejuvenation to their skill set. This course teaches providers how to combine platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) with dermal fillers to treat common concerns like dark circles, hollowness, crepey skin, and fine lines in the tear trough area. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the differences between PRP and PRF, how to select the right candidates, avoid complications, and follow proper injection techniques and post-care protocols. This course is ideal for injectors who already have experience with neuromodulators and fillers and are looking to expand their service offerings with regenerative treatments. It includes both didactic and procedural training. Students who opt for the hands-on portion will train in person at the Richmond, VA location using live models provided by the course at no additional cost. The training covers all necessary supplies, including centrifuge settings, but product is not included in the course fee. Class sizes are small to allow for individualized instruction and hands-on practice. Participants will receive downloadable resources including consent forms, protocols, supply lists, and instructional videos. This course does not currently offer CME or CE credit. While there are no formal prerequisites, it is recommended for providers who already feel confident with foundational injection techniques and want to build upon their knowledge with more advanced treatments.

What to Expect

  • Master the under-eye technique using PRP or PRF combined with filler to treat dark circles, hollowness, and crepey skin—learning when to use each modality, how to spin and process the sample, and which injection methods are safest and most effective in this delicate area.
  • Learn proper patient selection and complication management so you can confidently identify who is (and isn’t) a good candidate for this treatment, reducing the risk of adverse outcomes and ensuring better results for your patients.
  • Practice the full procedure on live models in a real clinical setting during the hands-on training in Richmond, VA, with close supervision and feedback—models are provided at no extra cost so you can focus fully on honing your technique.
  • Access detailed procedural resources to streamline implementation in your practice including long- and short-form step-by-step training videos, consent forms, supply and equipment lists (with centrifuge settings), and post-care protocols.
  • Leave with a revenue-ready service offering—this training is designed to help you confidently launch under-eye PRP/PRF + filler treatments, with pricing guidance that supports $2,250+ in revenue per patient over a recommended three-session series.
