All the products you need are provided, including top brands like Merz, Galderma, Revance, and Revanesse. You’ll have the option to either be a model yourself or bring your own model to work on during the hands-on portion of the training. This course is designed for registered nurses, but you should check any specific licensing requirements before signing up. Advanced Facial Balancing (1:1)

This 4-5 hour, one-on-one training will help you take your aesthetic career to the next level by providing hands-on experience with expert guidance. The training begins with a 1-hour didactic session, where you'll learn the latest techniques, safety protocols, and the fundamentals of facial balancing, tailored to your skill level and goals. Then you’ll spend 3-4 hours in hands-on training, injecting a model under the supervision of advanced injector Nicole Flammia, BSN, RN. During this session, you’ll practice various facial balancing, slimming, and harmonization techniques. Additionally, you will receive 12 months of direct mentorship to continue your learning and refine your skills. This program is ideal for experienced injectors with 3-5 years of experience and is personalized to fit your needs.

Advanced Dermal Filler Hands-On Training Course

The Advanced Dermal Filler Hands-On Course is a 3-day blended course designed for licensed healthcare providers seeking to master advanced dermal filler techniques for full-facial balancing. The training combines online learning (4 hours), in-person didactics, and hands-on practice with live models (up to 16 hours) to refine skills in complex areas like cheeks, temples, undereye, jawline, chin, lips, and transition zones. Participants will gain anatomical expertise, learn cannula and needle techniques, and receive 19.5 accredited CEs. The small-group setting ensures personalized instruction (1:1 mentorship) and peer collaboration. Product is provided for hands-on sessions, and live models are included.
