Hands-On Training

This personalized training is designed for licensed providers (MD/DO, PA, NP, RN) at all skill levels, from beginners to advanced injectors looking to refine their techniques. You’ll receive one-on-one, hands-on instruction with Dr. Rebecca Weiss, focusing on your choice of treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Sculptra, Kybella, CO2 laser, and more. Each session includes cannula training where applicable and teaches consistent patient photography techniques. Training is delivered in intensive 4-hour blocks, allowing you to customize your learning by selecting specific modalities. For injectable sessions, you’ll need to bring 1-2 pre-approved models (secured by you) and purchase products separately through The Syringe Academy at discounted rates. All other materials, including consent forms and safety protocols, are provided. Prerequisites include current licensure and prior certification from an accredited aesthetic program. Upon completion, you’ll gain practical skills, increased confidence, and ongoing mentorship. CME credit is available through IAPAM’s accredited programs, including live symposiums and on-demand options. This program is ideal for providers seeking expert-led, focused training with an emphasis on safety, technique, and real-world application.

Aesthetic Apprenticeship Program

The Aesthetic Apprenticeship Program is a beginner-level program designed for licensed physicians (MD/DO), PAs, NPs, and RNs who want to build confidence and hands-on skills in aesthetic medicine. Participants will observe a variety of cosmetic procedures during a 24-hour shadowing experience and receive one-on-one training focused on neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced treatments like PDO threads, Sculptra, Kybella, and lasers. The flexible schedule allows you to choose full 8-hour days or 4-hour sessions, tailoring the experience to your learning goals. The hands-on portion emphasizes injectable techniques, including cannula use, with optional add-ons for specialized procedures. Live models are included, and all necessary materials (except injectable products, which must be purchased separately) are provided. Class sizes are kept small for personalized attention. A light breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included, and attendees should wear scrubs and closed-toed shoes. Prerequisites include current licensure and certification from an accredited aesthetic program. Upon completion, you’ll gain real-world skills and ongoing mentorship. CME credit is available through IAPAM’s accredited certification options, including live symposiums or on-demand courses.

Consulting
Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center’s Consulting Program is designed for medical professionals and practice owners seeking expert guidance on launching, managing, or improving their aesthetics practice. Led by Morgan, a seasoned nurse practitioner and founder, and Sheila, an experienced practice manager, this program offers personalized support through virtual consulting calls or in-person on-site sessions. Each consultation is tailored to the specific needs of the participant—whether it’s refining clinical operations, enhancing patient experience, streamlining workflow, or navigating the logistics of opening a new practice. This program is ideal for aesthetic providers at any stage—from those in the planning phase to those actively running a practice and looking to grow or troubleshoot. There is no hands-on training or use of live models or product in this program, and CE/CME credits are not offered. Consultations are one-on-one to ensure maximum personalization and strategic clarity. Whether choosing a focused 45-minute virtual call or an immersive 2-hour on-site experience, participants receive actionable, practice-specific insights from experts with real-world success in the aesthetics industry.

Group Aesthetics Training
The Group Aesthetics Training for Medical Professionals is a group training program designed for medical providers (nurses, NPs, PAs, MDs) and their teams looking to develop or refine their aesthetic skills together. You’ll learn the latest injection techniques, product applications (products not provided), and patient assessment strategies in an intimate, collaborative setting with AALC’s award-winning instructors. The hands-on session may include working with live models (arranged as needed) to practice real-world scenarios. The curriculum is fully customized to your team’s needs, blending demonstrations, interactive discussions, and practical exercises. Small group sizes ensure personalized attention while fostering team cohesion. No prerequisites beyond an active medical license for hands-on participation.

Private 1:1 Aesthetic Training
The Private 1:1 Aesthetic Training for Medical Professionals is a fully customized one-on-one training designed for medical providers (nurses, NPs, PAs, MDs, etc.) who want personalized, hands-on instruction in injectables, devices, or combination treatments. Choose a 4-hour or 8-hour session tailored to your skill level—whether you're a beginner or refining advanced techniques. Before training, you’ll have a 15-minute virtual consultation to align the session with your goals. Training can be held at Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center or your own practice. No generic lectures—just focused, practical learning with expert guidance.

Shadow Program
The Shadow Program at Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center (AALC) offers licensed medical professionals an exclusive opportunity to observe the daily operations of a successful aesthetics practice. This private, 8-hour experience allows participants to shadow an experienced aesthetic nurse practitioner and gain firsthand insight into patient consultations, injectable procedures, and practice management. While this is not a hands-on training day, the program provides a realistic and informative overview of what it takes to thrive as a sole provider in the aesthetics field. A dedicated Q&A session at the end of the day allows participants to ask questions and clarify key concepts. Designed for RNs, NPs, PAs, and physicians who are either exploring or preparing to enter the field of medical aesthetics, the Shadow Program requires only an active medical license and a curiosity to learn.

Shadowing at Culture

The Shadowing at Culture experience is ideal for licensed medical professionals who want an immersive, observational day in a real aesthetic med‑spa environment. You’ll spend approximately 7 hours shadowing and the session is limited to a small group, ensuring you get close-up views, real-time explanations of patient assessment, injection technique, treatment planning, and safety protocols. Live models are included, allowing you to observe authentic patient interactions, but no hands-on injection is performed. Product is demonstrated and explained, however, is not provided for use. There are no CE/CME credits or prerequisites but a foundational understanding of medical licensing in injectables. Email to request available dates and clinic location.

Private Training in Your Office

This private, in-office training is designed for licensed medical professionals seeking personalized instruction in aesthetic injectables. Led by Erica Oakes, a board-certified Cosmetic Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and Allergan national trainer, the training is fully customized to your practice goals, skill level, and areas of interest. You’ll receive hands-on guidance with live models in your own clinical environment, allowing for focused learning and immediate application. This training is ideal for providers looking to deepen their technique, improve outcomes, or introduce injectables into their practice. Product is not included, and providers are responsible for supplying it. Live models are required and can be arranged by the hosting office. CE/CME credits are not currently provided. Facial Balancing (Observation Only)

The Facial Balancing Course, led by expert injectors Rachael Bradford NP-C and Erica Oakes RN-CANS, provides comprehensive training in facial balancing techniques through observation and didactic learning. While participants won't perform injections themselves, they'll watch experienced providers treat live models using provided FDA-approved products and medical supplies. The course is ideal for those seeking to enhance their consultation skills and understand advanced facial balancing concepts before hands-on practice. No injection prerequisites are required for observation, though attendees must hold a valid medical license.

Combo Cadaver Course & Hands On Facial Balancing

The Combo Cadaver Course & Hands-On Facial Balancing is a two-day intensive training, led by Dr. Amit Patel (a double-board certified facial plastic surgeon) and expert injectors Rachael Bradford NP-C and Erica Oakes RN-CANS, offers a unique blend of advanced cadaver dissection and live facial balancing techniques. On Day 1, Dr. Patel will guide you through hands-on cadaver dissections of the forehead, nose, lips, chin, neck, midface, and jawline, with a focus on high-risk anatomy and precision in injection techniques. Day 2 shifts to clinical application, where Rachael and Erica will teach advanced facial balancing strategies—including cheek, chin, and jawline augmentation—to create harmonious results. Ideal for medical professionals (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, RNs) looking to refine their anatomical knowledge and injection skills, this course combines expert-led lectures with hands-on practice. Attendees can choose to actively inject or observe during the live model session (models provided). Injectable products and medical supplies are included, but participants must bring a valid medical license and supervisory physician approval (if required) to inject.
