The Full Day Training: Shadow with Hands-On Injecting at The Confidence Lab is an immersive, one-on-one program designed for licensed healthcare professionals—including Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Associates (PA), MDs, DOs, and Dentists (DDS)—who aim to deepen their expertise in aesthetic procedures. This full-day course combines a morning of clinical shadowing with an afternoon of personalized, hands-on training tailored to the participant's learning objectives. In the morning session, participants observe experienced educators during real patient consultations and treatments, gaining insights into patient rapport, treatment customization, expectation management, and practice operations. Products and supplies, including dermal fillers and neuromodulators, are provided for the hands-on portion of the training. Following the course, you will also receive 6 months of mentorship to ensure continued growth and answer any questions as you begin practicing. CE/CME credits are available for this training, helping to further your professional development.
