Her 1:1 training is designed for medical professionals at all stages—whether you’re new to aesthetics or looking to refine advanced skills. Each session is tailored to your experience level, goals, and practice setting, offering both clinical mastery and practical business insight. You’ll gain hands-on and strategic knowledge in: • Anatomy-based injection planning • Advanced syringe and cannula techniques • Patient assessment and full-face consultation • Comprehensive skin analysis and treatment pairing • Safety protocols and complication management • Business development and membership-based retention strategies • Strategic treatment mapping and year-long planning Each session includes live model injections, allowing you to perform treatments directly under Shannon’s supervision. Her teaching style is collaborative and confidence-building—she provides real-time feedback and guidance while empowering you to inject with precision, artistry, and autonomy. (Please note: Shannon does not train on threads. Instruction is available across neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators and PRP-based rejuvenation depending on your goals and scope of practice.)
