Course Overview
The Foundations of Threads Aesthetics course offers a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience for licensed aesthetic providers such as physicians, nurses, and other qualified professionals. This intermediate to advanced level course focuses on the essential techniques and knowledge needed to master PDO thread lifting, an increasingly popular treatment for facial rejuvenation. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, and the different types of threads and materials used. The course covers topics such as proper thread insertion, smooth and mesh thread techniques, lifting strategies, managing complications, and incorporating PDO threads into combination therapies. The course is designed to provide both didactic learning and practical hands-on experience, with live demonstrations, a workbook, and a session with hands-on training on live models. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion and earn 4 CME credits for their professional development.
