Private Hands-On Training

The Private Hands-On Training program is designed for experienced injectors who are looking to refine or expand their skills in a personalized, one-on-one environment. Whether you're interested in mastering advanced techniques like tear trough filler, Sculptra, cannula techniques, or other specialized treatments, this training provides the opportunity to focus on the areas that are most relevant to your practice. You can choose from a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) session, both tailored to your individual needs and goals. The training includes a detailed manual to reinforce key lessons, and all necessary products are provided for your hands-on practice. Live models are included in the training to ensure that you apply your learning in real-world scenarios. By the end of your training, you will have the skills, confidence, and expertise to tackle more complex procedures with precision and artistry. To participate, you must have an active medical license (RN, PA, NP, MD, DO, NMD, DDS), an AZ state license or compact license for hands-on training, and have completed an initial certification course for Neuromodulators/Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers.

Practical Botox & Dermal Filler Injecting Day - Level I & II (1 Day)

The Practical Botox & Dermal Filler Injecting Day is designed for licensed medical professionals who have already completed foundational training in injectables and are looking to refine their skills in a hands-on environment. This one-day course will cover the latest techniques for Botox and dermal filler injections, with an emphasis on achieving natural-looking results. The day includes both didactic instruction and practical application using live models, ensuring that each participant gains real-world experience. Key topics include advanced injection techniques, facial anatomy, patient assessment, and the management of complications. Product and live models will be provided for the hands-on portion, and lunch is included. This course is ideal for professionals seeking to elevate their injecting techniques and gain the confidence needed to perform treatments efficiently and safely.

Preceptorship Program

The Preceptorship Program is a 30-hour apprenticeship designed for new injectors looking to gain real-world experience and advanced knowledge in a hands-on, personalized environment. This program is different from typical shadowing opportunities; it provides a comprehensive and flexible learning experience to ensure success in the aesthetic industry. The program includes 26 shadowing hours, where you will observe skilled injectors performing a variety of aesthetic treatments. You’ll gain real-time insights as our experienced providers explain their techniques, share tips on best practices, and offer guidance throughout the process. Additionally, after completing your shadowing hours, you will participate in a half-day (4 hours) private hands-on training session where you will apply your newly acquired skills under the supervision of an experienced injector. Each participant will also receive a comprehensive training manual, which will reinforce key lessons and provide ongoing support throughout your aesthetic career. This program is flexible and designed to fit your schedule. Live models are included in the hands-on training, and all necessary products are provided. PLLA‐SCA Course

The JEM Education PLLA-SCA course is designed for experienced injectors who want to expand their skills in using Poly-L-lactic Acid (PLLA) for skin collagen activation (SCA) treatments. This comprehensive course covers everything you need to know, from patient evaluation and preparation to mastering the injection techniques for the most common facial areas treated with PLLA. You will learn the science behind PLLA-SCA, including how aging impacts collagen and elastin production, as well as the contraindications and potential complications such as ischemia and nodule formation. The hands-on component of the course includes injecting multiple areas on live models, giving you the chance to refine your skills and gain real-world experience. Tools, supplies, and post-procedure care instructions will also be covered, ensuring you’re fully prepared to integrate PLLA-SCA into your practice. After completing the course, you will earn 8 CE hours and have the opportunity to shadow one of our seasoned nurse injectors at a location that best fits your needs. Product is not provided for this course, and a minimum of two years of injecting experience is required to attend.
