Aesthetic Medicine Symposium – Botox® & Aesthetics Training

The Aesthetic Medicine Symposium offered by the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM) is a comprehensive, CME-accredited program designed for licensed medical professionals—MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs, and RNs—who want to successfully and safely integrate aesthetic treatments into their practice. The afternoon is dedicated to supervised, hands-on injecting. Each participant uses two syringes of either Restylane® or Juvederm®, which are included in the course fee (a $580 value). Attendees must bring their own model for hands-on practice. The course is approved for CME and CE credits, making it suitable for nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, and physician assistants who want accredited, practical training.

This program is ideal for licensed medical professionals (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, DDS) who already have hands-on experience with toxins and fillers. It is not appropriate for beginners. If you're newer to aesthetics, ESI recommends completing their Fundamentals course first. The course runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and includes advanced anatomy review, facial aging theory, and the “liquid facelift” concept. Participants will learn to treat under-eye hollows, midface volume loss, jawline contouring, and hand rejuvenation, using products like Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Juvederm®, Restylane®, Voluma®, Belotero®, and Radiesse®. Complication prevention and management strategies are also covered. Participants receive hands-on training under expert supervision and leave with the confidence to offer more comprehensive, advanced-level aesthetic treatments.
