Terms and Conditions
New referred client must sign up/purchase subscription within 90 days of referral submission. Referral compensation for new Moxie customers is payable after the business officially becomes a Moxie customer and will be paid in the form of an electronic gift card. Program excludes referrals for additional locations belonging to an existing client. Qualified referrals must have had no prior connection with Moxie for 90 days before referral. Current Moxie clients cannot be referred. In order to receive a payment, an Eligible Referrer must be in good standing with Moxie. The Program is valid only in the United States. Moxie reserves the right to add, modify and/or delete any Rewards and/or requirements to receive any Rewards at any time. Moxie's decision with respect to all aspects of the Program is final and binding. Any referral discounts offered to new Moxie customers may not be paired with additional discounts.
